HOTEL ROOM RATES

Rooms are reserved for the National Flood Workshop from 2/27/2012 to 3/1/2012 at $141 per night plus taxes for single or double. Some rooms will be offered at $109 Government Per Diem Rate - inquire with hotel directly . The hotel will honor these rate for two days prior to 2/27/2012 and two days after 3/1/2012. Rooms are guaranteed at this rate until Monday, February 6, 2012. Contact Renaissance Hotel directly for hotel reservations by phoning 1-800-266-9432.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Guests may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability on the day of arrival. Early check-ins cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival. Check out time is 1:00 p.m. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Office Manager the morning of departure. Should it be possible to extend a late checkout, a late departure charge may be applied.

PARKING

The hotel will offer a discounted self parking rate of $5.00 to all attendees that drive in for the workshop and do not have overnight accomodations. Overnight parking is $14 for self parking and $18 for valet per night.
