IBM 386 or higher or compatible capable of running Microsoft Windows
3.1 or higher; a hard disk with at least 10 MB of available space; a VGA
or high resolution video graphics card; a 2400 or higher baud modem and
a laser jet printer. Communications software (preferably a version of
Procomm) should have Z-modem protocol and a GIF viewer.

Site-specific forecasts of temperature, winds, wind-waves, swells and maximum combined seas for all the Gulf of Mexico lease-areas updated twice daily.
Special on-location site forecasts (no limit) updated twice daily.
Tropical and severe weather outlooks.
A graphic presentation depicting winds (direction and speed) and seas over a five day period.
Current radar sweep of the Northern Gulf of Mexico and of the Southeastern U.S. and adjacent coastal sections.
Wind-driven ocean currents and forecast graphic.
USA Weather map depicting current, 24, 48 and 72 hour synoptic conditions.
Real-time satellite imagery which covers the entire U.S. and the Tropical Atlantic Ocean regions (other areas of coverage are available upon request).
Tropical storm or hurricane advisories sent every 3, 6 or 12 hours depending upon the location and the severity of the storm.
A graphic image depicting current storm specifics and a forecast track extending outward to 72 hours and past storm history.
